1. Overview & Commitment

TENGEN AI ("TENGEN," "we," "us") is an AI-first startup and a sister concern of TENSORMINDS. We provide "Purposefully Generative" AI solutions. This policy outlines our commitment to data privacy, specifically as it relates to our enterprise-grade agents: ZARA, TALENT FLOW, MEDDROID, and CORTEX-Q.

2. Infrastructure & Data Residency

As a part of our commitment to security, TENGEN AI is built on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Data Hosting: All customer data is processed and stored using Google Cloud's highly secure infrastructure (including Google Compute Engine, and Cloud Storage).

• Data Residency: We leverage GCP's regional data centers to ensure data residency compliance based on our clients' geographic requirements.

• Security Standards: Our infrastructure utilizes GCP’s default AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ for data in transit.

3. Product-Specific Data Handling

We apply a "Privacy-by-Design" approach to our Generative AI suite:

• TALENT FLOW (HR & Appraisals): Our Autonomous Employee Appraisal System processes performance metrics and peer feedback. This data is strictly siloed per organization. We utilize de-identification techniques to ensure that generative models provide objective, unbiased performance narratives without exposing raw personal identifiers to public models.

• ZARA (Voice & Conversational AI): ZARA processes voice and text interactions for consultative sales and support. Audio data is transcribed via secure TENGEN APIs and is used solely for the specific client’s interaction logic.

• MEDDROID (Healthcare AI): We adhere to strict data masking protocols. Patient information is processed to generate clinical summaries, but sensitive PII (Personally Identifiable Information) is never used to train global generative models.

• CORTEX-Q (Industrial & Logistics): Data collected from factory floors and logistics hubs is used to generate autonomous action plans. This data is technical and operational in nature and does not involve individual consumer profiling.

• MEDIAGUARD Data Governance: MEDIAGUARD processes public broadcast and social media signals to generate market intelligence. All client-defined keywords, "Real-time Alerts," and "Counter-Narratives" are stored in encrypted, isolated GCP buckets. We do not store original PII from social media feeds; we only store the insights generated to ensure compliance with global data privacy standards. 

4. AI Ethics & Model Training

• No Training on Customer Data: We do not use your proprietary enterprise data, employee appraisals, or clinical notes to train "foundation" models for other customers.

• Purposeful Generativity: Every generative output is grounded in your specific data context, ensuring that AI hallucinations are minimized and outputs are factually aligned with your business records.

5. Your Rights & Compliance

We are working toward alignment with global standards, including GDPR and ISO/IEC 27001, as we scale our startup operations. Users have the right to request:

• Access: A report of all data processed by TENGEN agents.

• Erasure: The permanent deletion of organizational data from our GCP-hosted instances.
